There is always a rainbow after the rain
Sometimes you are trapped in a condition where you should adjust yourself to others. In real life, you will meet this condition in some aspects, at your work, in your relationship or in your circle friends. Adjusting is not easy, but it is possible. Furthermore, the harder part of the process itself is when you have to accompany and handle person who is adjusting. I understand how hard the process is, how it affects the mood and emotion. I know that sometimes that person just don't realize how s/he acts. I know this is about time and everything will end, hopefully the ending goes smoothly as planned.
I think, person who is adjusting, is hard to hear suggestions. They do complain a lot. I don't blame him/her, cause as I mentioned before, the process is harmful. All I can do as the one who handle that person is trying to be more positive. Be patient and be a good listener.
But actually, I really want to whisper "Dearie, take a deep breath cause there's always a rainbow after the rain"

Karena Terbiasa
Ada yang berbeda ketika kau tak ada
Tampaknya aku terlalu terbiasa
Dibuai oleh hal-hal sederhana
Dan tak pernah menjadi intensimu
Untuk menjadikannya ada
Hanya saja rasanya selalu berbeda
Ketika satu waktu kau silap
Dan tidak bertingkah seperti biasanya
Karena aku hanya paham dengan pola yang serupa
Seperti hari yang selalu menemui senja sebelum malam
Atau seperti hujan yang siap menyambut pelangi
Aku juga memaknai eksistensi keteraturan selama ini
Sehingga kau mampu membayangkan
Betapa asingnya malam ini, karena aku sendiri

Spiritual Journey #1
I am now standing between two poles. I don't belong to any of the poles.
Saya berdiri dan bergaul di dua lingkungan yang berbeda. Jika mau dikategorikan berdasarkan riwayat hidup, dari kecil hingga SMA, saya dikelilingi oleh orang-orang yang taat beragama. Saat ini, beberapa orang dari kelompok tersebut, ada yang semangat sekali menegakkan syarà dan sebagian lainnya cukup rajin menulis atau mempelajari tentang agama. Ketika kuliah dan bekerja, saya bertemu dengan orang-orang yang cukup berbeda dengan orang-orang yang sebelumnya saya temui. Tipikal orang yang santai dalam menanggapi isu agama atau tidak menjadikan agama sebagai prioritas teratas. Mungkin juga terdapat beberapa orang yang apatis terhadap agama. Dua tipikal kelompok orang yang berbeda ini memperkaya saya dalam memahami sesuatu. Berdiri di antara keduanya membuat saya mampu mengartikan sebuah fenomena melalui perspektif yang beragam. Beruntunglah, saya sudah melewati masa-masa labil ketika seseorang sedang "haus" mencoba segala sesuatu. Sehingga, menjalani dua "peran" dalam dua tipikal kelompok berbeda tidak terlalu kaget dan tidak ikut dalam fanatisme berlebihan.
Kenapa saya menulis tentang ini? Because sometimes I feel miserable cause I dont belong to any of the group. Dan saat ini saya mulai mencari kecenderungan saya berada dimana. I am almost 23 years old now and I have been facing some spritual experiences, a bit not much. However, I tried to learn from those. I learn from the point when I found myself changed. I learn from the point when I was struggling to come back to I used to be. The other pole also has the role. I saw some stuffs don't fit me and those urge me not to be the part of it.
Sepertinya semakin jelas kecenderungan saya ada dimana. Saya pernah mengalami kejadian yang membuat saya kembali tekun mencintai-Nya. Sekarang, lingkungan sehari-hari yang memiliki kebiasaan berbeda dengan saya, turut menjadi salah satu faktor untuk kembali mendekatkan diri. Gambaran-gambaran yang beberapa waktu ini terlihat di depan mata, justru menjadi inspirasi tersendiri untuk kembali mempelajari apa yang Dia cintai.

Menghargai jarak
Kita patut bersyukur pada Sang Penguasa atas masa yang akhirnya tiba
Sebagai hadiah untuk dahaga rindu yang membuncah
Senyummu yang merekah dan wajahku yang memerah
Kita dipertemukan dalam suasana merah muda
Selama ini kita mengumpat jarak yang terhampar.
Bagaimana tidak?
Canggihnya teknologi tidak kunjung menjadi penawar rasa sesaknya
Sampai hari ini, ketika kita kembali bertatap muka
Baru kita mampu memaknai jarak yang terbentang
Serasa mendapatkan angin segar di ruangan pengap
Atau seperti mengecap madu saat harus menelan obat pahit
Aku dan kamu berjanji akan selalu menghargai jarak
Mensyukuri jarak yang membatasi kita dari sikap-sikap tercela
Menikmati jarak yang akan menabung rindu, hingga nanti ada kalanya pantas kembali memetik bahagianya
Hingga pada suatu hari nanti
Jika kita ditakdirkan untuk dapat saling menatap setiap pagi
Atau terlelap bersisian di setiap malam
Atau berdiskusi hingga hari berganti
Kita akan selalu bisa bercermin pada masa ini,
Saat kita berjuang memaknai jarak sebagai sesuatu yang positif
Sebagai hadiah untuk dahaga rindu yang membuncah

What Work Brings Me #2
This post is going to tell you one other reason why I love my job..
This job allows me travel to four different cities in three weeks.
1. Bali
Yes, we had some kind of training. hihi. Actually, this was an office outing but they wrapped it as a training.
I am not going to tell you about Bali, cause who doesnt know Bali?
So let share what I got from Bali!
2. Palembang
No longer than 2 days after my arrival in Jakarta, I was assigned to accompany my boss in Palembang. He was going to present a socialisation to our client's brach office. I did not discover many things in Palembang since the client set up the schedule. However, I had a dinner in a fancy restaurant, near the well-known bridge called Ampera.
3. Cirebon
I was shocked when my boss told me that I am the one who will do the socialisation to our client's brach office. Hmm now I knew the reason he took me days ago right? hahaha. After several trainings, I was assigned to go to Cirebon. Doing my first presentation to the client. The schedule was pretty tight as we should come back to Jakarta the next morning, at 6 am fyi. Well, since I did not discover many things, all I can share is Nasi Jambal. A traditional cuisine from Cirebon.
4. Padang
This job allows me travel to four different cities in three weeks.

4. Padang
The fourth city is Padang. It's been awhile since the last time I visited this city, about 10 years ago I think. I did the socialisation as well. Luckily, I had enough time to look around Padang. I even visited the beach and the city center, ate seafood and bought some traditional dishes.

Cause she will be best at management. She will be a good mom cause she knows how to manage her career and her family.

Cause she tends to have a capability to cook.

Cause she does pray. She knows that every time she is going to fall, God is the only one she can rely on.

Cause she uses more logical perspectives that other women. She knows everything would work at its best when there are some discussions, tolerances and cooperation in it. She will be a great company to you.
